"No one with any sort of understanding of the political process would have said that Clinton was going to be prosecuted for anything."

EXCUSE ME?!! We were told throughout the Impeachment Process that Clinton's transgressions were a legal matter and would be addressed after he left office. Well, he's outta office and is subject to the same laws that restrict you and I...you are waaay too cynical, mi amigo. Perhaps I am overly optimistic to believe one of the major parties still believes in EQUAL JUSTICE FER ALL!! To date, Ashcroft's shown a weak unwillingness to pursue any crime that could lead to a Clinton connection...he's scair't and WEAK!!

Dubyuh oughtta dump Ashcroft as soon as possible, unless he believes JA will pull a Dickie Clarke on him.

I never once heard Bush say that he was going to bring charges against Clinton if he was elected.

Not once.

So I knew, like you knew, that Bush had no intention of prosecuting Bill when we elected him to the office.

I don't hear Mike Peroutka threatening to do it either.

So, what's the beef?

If you want a candidate who can win the election and not lose the war, vote for Bush.

If you want to elect a President who will prosecute Bill Clinton for high crimes and misdemeanors, then your man is Larry Klayman.
