My first encounter with this behavior was at San Francisco International. As I entered the terminal, a very attractive young women with a very sweet smile approached me and said she wanted to welcome me back. Her face then distorted into a mask of pure hate, and she launched a luggie at my face. Fortunately she had become so animated that it missed. I also had no trouble finding a seat with plenty of elbow room on the aircraft - no one sat near me."
