Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit"

Load up on guns and bring your friends
It's fun to lose and to pretend
She's over bored and self assured
Oh no, I know a dirty word

Hello, hello, hello, how low (x3)
Hello, hello, hello!

With the lights out, it's less dangerous
Here we are now, entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now, entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My libido
Yay! (x3)

I'm worse at what I do best
And for this gift I feel blessed
Our little group has always been
And always will until the end

Hello, hello, hello, how low (x3)
Hello, hello, hello!

With the lights out, it's less dangerous
Here we are now, entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now, entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My Libido
Yay! (x3)

And I forget just why I taste
Oh yeah, I guess it makes me smile
I found it hard, it was hard to find
Oh well, whatever, nevermind

Hello, hello, hello, how low (x3)
Hello, hello, hello!

With the lights out, it's less dangerous
Here we are now, entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now, entertain us
A mulatto
An albino
A mosquito
My libido

A Denial (9x)

Nirvana's "Polly"

Polly wants a cracker
Think I should get off her first
Think she wants some water
To put out the blow torch

[Chorus]
It isn't me
Have some seed
Let me clip... Your dirty wings
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myself
I got some rope... You've been told
Promise you... Have been true
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myelf

Polly wants a cracker
Maybe she would like some food
She asks me to untie her
A chase would be nice for a few

[Chorus]
It isn't me
Have some seed
Let me clip... Your dirty wings
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myself
I got some rope... You've been told
Promise you... Have been true
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myself

Polly said...
Polly says her back hurts
She's just as bored as me
She caught me off my guard
Amazes me, the will of instinct

[Chorus]
It isn't me
Have some seed
Let me clip... Your dirty wings
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myself
I got some rope... You've been told
Promise you... Have been true
Let me take a ride... Cut yourself
I want some help... To please myself

"Time to Get Rid of Income Tax!!"

""The cost of enforcing the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is over $1 trillion a year," King said during a visit to Council Bluffs. "We're consuming 9 percent of our Gross National Product just with the IRS. It's time to get rid of income taxes, implode the entire thing." King's national tax on retail sales and services, also known as the Fair Tax, would mean that people would only pay a 23 percent consumption tax each time they purchased a new item or service, as opposed to paying 43 percent in taxes going to the federal government. "Everybody keeps the money they earn in their pockets," he said. What's more, the Fair Tax would provide a prepaid, monthly rebate for every registered household to cover the 23 percent consumption tax spent on necessities up to the federal poverty level, King said. In this manner, the Fair Tax completely untaxes the poor, he said. It would take a little money to administer this tax, King said, but 45 states already collect sales taxes so the mechanism is there to expand it nationally."

An idea whose time has come...MUD

BTW...23% is TOO HIGH, but it's a start!!

TRUE!

may i suggest as a FIRST measure, PERMANENTLY removing everybody over 65, who is living on a fixed income of less than a thousand dollars a month????

my 89 YO mother has to file EVERY year BUT hasn't paid a dime of income tax in at least 15 years, as my late father's pension is NONtaxable & all she has other than that is social security, based on her teaching school about 40 years ago.

"A Letter From Iraqi Front Line"

"We are doing this as part of a world team called the Coalition, with the Iraqi people who will very shortly be the team's owners and managers. When the Iraqis take over, the Coalition will become a coach for a long while - and then we step off and leave it all to them. The liberal press chooses to miss that this is not solely a U.S. effort, but a Coalition effort. While we are the star players, you can't win a game with just the star players. We have a great team here, and we will succeed - despite the efforts of an evil, cowardly and extremist resistance. The fight goes on here, and it goes very well."

"Terror King Dead!!"

"An attack by an Israeli helicopter gunship killed Hamas founder and spiritual leader Sheik Ahmed Yassin today, blowing him out of his wheelchair as he left a Gaza City mosque after predawn prayers. "The sheik is dead. The sheik is dead," sobbed gunmen and Hamas militants who gathered at the scene. Israel - and the Bush administration - lists Hamas as a terrorist group. Yassin's Hamas was responsible for scores of suicide bombings and other deadly attacks on Israelis. Since the latest wave of violence began in September 2000, 474 people - the majority of them Israelis - have been killed in 112 Palestinian suicide bombings, most of them carried out by Hamas, including 21 at a Tel Aviv nightclub and 29 in a Netanya hotel, and a double suicide attack a week ago at an Israeli port that killed 10 people. Witnesses said today's raid killed three others and injured at least 10, including the two sons of the 68-year-old quadriplegic and nearly blind cleric."

From the Liberty Committee (March 22, 2004)

"Most liberty-loving Americans consider Franklin D. Roosevelt the single worst president of the 20th century, even with stiff competition from the likes of Woodrow Wilson and Lyndon Johnson. FDR was perhaps the most openly socialist leader ever to occupy the White House, and his policies reflected a firm belief that government should control business and redistribute wealth. His New Deal programs dramatically increased both the size and scope of the federal government, fundamentally changing (for the worse) the nation’s perception of the proper role for government in our society. Contrary to popular myth, Roosevelt helped cause the Great Depression through his monetary policies and public works boondoggles. All Americans are less free and less prosperous today as the result of Roosevelt’s presidency.

So why were congressional Republicans busy praising the man last week? A resolution honoring Roosevelt and his "legacy" passed overwhelmingly in the US House of Representatives Wednesday. The resolution expressly praised his New Deal programs, applauded his administration's "productive partnership with private enterprise...by appointing top businessmen to run the production agencies" and repeated the lie that somehow he led America out of the Depression. The resolution ends with the preposterous assertion that "a grateful Nation and world are better off because of President Roosevelt's inimitable leadership."

The resolution was introduced by a Democrat, but Republican leaders of the House tightly control procedural rules that determine what legislation reaches the floor. The bill could not have seen the light of day without their approval. To read the resolution, go to http://www.thelibertycommittee.org/hjres87.htm .

Only five House Republicans had the integrity to vote against the resolution, while six others voted "present." Nearly 200 Republicans joined the unanimous and enthusiastic Democrats in voting to honor FDR's terrible legacy. This vote provides yet another example that the mainstream Republican party has abandoned any last vestiges of principle and ideology. The big-government neocon faction of the GOP finds much to admire in FDR, but rank-and-file Republicans still believe in lower taxes, less regulation, and more personal liberty -- not socialism. Voters who rejoiced when the GOP took control of both Congress and the White House could not have imagined their heroes would proceed to spend, borrow, expand, and regulate even more than Clinton did! The national GOP has lost all credibility as the party of limited government, and Americans who love liberty should not be fooled by big-government socialists simply because they have an "R" next to their name."

FDR was a Socialist...MUD

Statement by the founder of Free Republic:

In our continuing fight for freedom, for America and our constitution and against totalitarianism, socialism, tyranny, terrorism, etc., Free Republic stands firmly on the side of right, i.e., the conservative side. Believing that the best defense is a strong offense, we (myself and those whom I'm trying to attract to FR) support the strategy of taking the fight to the enemy as opposed to allowing the enemy the luxury of conducting their attacks on us at home on their terms and on their schedule.

Therefore, we wholeheartedly support the Bush Doctrine of pre-emptive strikes on known terrorist states and organizations that are believed to present a clear threat to our freedom or national security. We support our military, our troops and our Commander-in-Chief and we oppose turning control of our government back over to the liberals and socialists who favor appeasement, weakness, and subserviency. We do not believe in surrendering to the terrorists as France, Germany, Russia and Spain have done and as Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton and the Democrats, et al, are proposing.

As a conservative site, Free Republic is pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights, pro-gun, pro-limited government, pro-private property rights, pro-limited taxes, pro-capitalism, pro-national defense, pro-freedom, and-pro America. We oppose all forms of liberalism, socialism, fascism, pacifism, totalitarianism, anarchism, government enforced atheism, abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, racism, wacko environmentalism, judicial activism, etc. We also oppose the United Nations or any other world government body that may attempt to impose its will or rule over our sovereign nation and sovereign people. We believe in defending our borders, our constitution and our national sovereignty.

Free Republic is private property. It is not a government project, nor is it funded by government or taxpayer money. We are not a publicly owned entity nor are we an IRS tax-free non-profit organization. We pay all applicable taxes on our income. We are not connected to or funded by any political party, news agency, or any other entity. We sell no merchandise, product or service, and we offer no subscriptions or paid memberships. We accept no paid advertising or promotions. We are funded solely by donations (non tax deductible gifts) from our readers and participants.

We aggressively defend our God-given and first amendment guaranteed rights to free speech, free press, free religion, and freedom of association, as well as our constitutional right to control the use and content of our own personal private property. Despite the wailing of the liberal trolls and other doom & gloom naysayers, we feel no compelling need to allow them a platform to promote their repugnant and obnoxious propaganda from our forum. Free Republic is not a liberal debating society. We are conservative activists dedicated to defending our rights, defending our constitution, defending our republic and defending our traditional American way of life.

Our God-given liberty and freedoms are not negotiable.

May God bless and protect our men and women in uniform fighting for our freedom and may God continue to bless America.
