With the help of Democratic California Rep. Maxine Waters (search), ousted Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide (search) returned to the Caribbean, where he and his wife are staying in a rural guesthouse offered by the Jamaican prime minister.
The exiled Haitian president still claims U.S. military forces forcibly removed him from the country, a contention that State Department officials call preposterous.

Any action taken by the United States, while under a GOP president, is evil according to the leftists. All actions taken by a Dem pres, however, is without question. Good place for this quote:
