Former Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean said yesterday that President Bush's decision to send troops to Iraq appears to have contributed to the bombing deaths of 201 people in Spain.

A growing international investigation is focusing on Islamic militants possibly linked to Al Qaeda as those responsible for the Madrid train bombings on Thursday.

Talk about a loose cannon. He's merely repeating what was said on the tape, unsubstantiated claims by lying terrorists... just like he repeated the 911 conspiracy theory. Bush and his team MUST capitalize on this moron's statements.

"That was what they said in the tape," Dean said. "They made that connection, I'm simply repeating it."

Howard Dean has a new gig -- terrorist spokesman.

BINGO! They want it both ways. They'll probably assert that there was no link UNTIL we went into Iraq. More spin... and outright lies.

What Dean is saying, in other words, is that "we provoked Al Qaeda".

It's our fault they attack us.

Dipsh*t.

It is now virtually the official position of the Democratic Party that any opposition to terrorists that goes beyond verbal condemnations creates complicity in the murder of innocents. I wonder how long before their logic recognizes that even verbal condemnations are too provocative?

As usual he has to have a keeper to clean up his mess. Perhaps she should just stitch his lips together with some nice surgical stitches.

What a maroon. What a national embarrassment. Send him to France where he belongs!

Not suprising. They're all telling me the same thing at the Metallica boards that I battle them at every day.

They wouldn't even THINK about blaming terrorists for terrorism.

Dean said yesterday that President Bush's decision to send troops to Iraq appears to have contributed to the bombing deaths of 201 people in Spain

Spanish conservatives say the weakness of the previous US President Clinton directly caused the bombing deaths of over 4000 people worldwide.

But mommy, I’m only repeating what I heard on the playground.

The rats are getting weirder and weirder and they better watch out or the general moronic public might figure it out before November.

His clarification is a CYA statement asked for by the Kerry campaign. The initial one was pure honest Howie.
