It appears that the longer we stay in Iraq, the more damage we are doing to our international reputation.

Madeleine Albright, secretary of State in the Clinton administration and chairwoman of the project... Say no more.
How about asking the Iraqis.

As an American, I don't really care about this issue. The Eu's will come around when appeasement fails, as it always has in the past. I would rather our "reputation" be damaged, than more buildings (along with tens of thousands of American deaths).
Being the "WORLD LEADER" ain't no popularity contest!!!

On another thread it said this "report" generated by Madeline Albright, who is on the PEW board and also an advisor to John Kerry.
I'll leave it up to you to find that thread and link it to here....

Notice that the poll was taken before the attack in Madrid. And that New Europe wasn't polled. Gee, wonder why?

Poll: Americans Say Muslim Countries and Europe Can "Bite Me" (Shreveport La, USA) A recent poll of Americans states in the strongest possible terms that pro-terrorist Muslim and European nations can bite me. A poll conducted March 17, 2004 shows a clear contempt for the appeasers of terrorists as well as a determination to exterminate every piece of terrorist filth on planet earth. The poll of one American, known as "Skooz," chose the phrase "Muslim Countries and Europe Can Bite Me" as the one which most closely correlated with his sentiments. The poll has a margin of error of +/- 0%.

Yes, it's not a popularity contest. It's about doing the right thing.
I read this BBC Newsweek Poll today on FR:
"A large majority of Iraqis believe life is better now than it was under Saddam Hussein, according to a new poll.
And almost half (49%) of those questioned believe the invasion of their country by US and UK troops was right, compared with 39% who said it was wrong.
Meanwhile, a separate poll of British people suggested that a slim majority - 48% to 43% - supported UK involvement in the war.
A total of 2,500 Iraqis were quizzed for a group of international broadcasting organisations including the BBC in a poll to mark the first anniversary of the outbreak of war.
Some 57% said that life was better now than under Saddam, against 19% who said it was worse and 23% who said it was about the same.
Iraqi people appeared optimistic about the future, with 71% saying they expected things to be better in a year's time, 6% predicting it will be worse and 9% the same.
Overall, 70% said that life was good now, compared with 29% who said it was bad. "

Bullshiite.
The longer we stay in the ME, the more we make the Islamonazis shiite in their sandals.
The EU is going Spanish, but who cares?
They are not worth defending or supporting.
Boycott Europe and let them wear rags.

For over 40 years, member nations of the UN have expressed their hatred for the US. This article does not suprise me.
We have never been loved. This is because we love individual freedom.

American neo-communists poll old world communists and terror supporting muslims and report they don't like us.
Oh, how unusual.

There is no point in getting angry over all this. They blame us because
that's all they have the courage to do--they don't fear snarling at us because they know we won't hurt them. They should snarl at themselves for being craven, but that won't come until their daughters wear burquas. If then.
But we can't reasonably expect any help from these pitiful weaklings.

I remember all the Euro-weenies bragging how the European Community was going to take over and kick the US in the butt once they had their common market working right. They didn't need the US and all those bloodthirsty military men.
Six months later when Saddam invaded Kuwait, this same individual was screaming that Bush had to do something. We couldn't expect the Europeans to cooperate and organize to fight back. It was the RESPONSIBILTY of the US to save them from the Muslim hordes.
Same old, same old.

"For over 40 years, member nations of the UN have expressed their hatred for the US."
Any idea why "our leaders" continue to support the United Nations?
I'll tell you this, they nor the UN are happy with our "love for individual freedom."

Two questions:
What State do you live in?
Do you speak Spanish?
