The Today show is so biased the Republicans should ask for equal time.

Aw, don't be chicken, MEG. Tune in when Today comes to your time zone and let me know what you think.

By the name, in a subsequent segment, Chris Matthews had this upbeat observation: the Bush ad against Kerry showing that the tall, haughty, French-looking liberal Senator from Mass. had voted against a series of defense programs was "a bullseye."
Added Matthews "the thing is, they [the ad makers] have Kerry's votes. He criticized the Bush administration for not supplying body armor to the troops, and now it turns out he voted against it!"

God forbid that I ever had to wake up in the morning to a face like hers.

Hey, it's St. Patrick's Day, not Halloween! That's enough to put a guy off his green beer!

God forbid that I ever had to wake up in the morning to a face like hers. Either on the next pillow, or, worse yet, in the mirror!

Yeah, but you still have me giggling over this:
"OK, lady, put down your vacuum cleaner and step slowly away from the toilet bowl brush."

I saw that poll yesterday--it's plastered all over the AOL welcome screen. It was no surprise to see Pew as the source of that poll.
To: onyx
You laughed at that vacuum cleaner/toilet bowl brush line? You should be ashamed of yourself! ;-)
To: proud American in Canada
That poll is nothing less than a political contribution to the Kerry campaign by the Pew Foundation, which as a tax-exempt organization is prohibited from engaging in partisan politics.
I mean, can't you just imagine how this went down in Pew's inner sanctum? "Hey, let's start something called the 'Global Attitudes Project,' and Maddy can run it, and we can give her a budget, do polls, give her a national platform to tout her views, etc. Perfect!"
To: governsleastgovernsbest
They are so OPEN this year with the partisan support. I guess that Katie & Co. think the average Today show viewer is to stupid to put two and two together.
Rush was right yesterday. The mainstream media has become the partisan media.

I have been watching the Pew Foundations for some time. They are almost never referred to as "liberal" or "left-wing," yet their opinion polls are always quoted as if it is something handed down from the Oracle at Delphi.
