Excellent article! Every time I start hearing Kerry and his minions whine about "out sourcing" I want to remind them of the enormous amount of costly regulation that forces many business to relocate because they can't stay competitive. Almost all of those regulations where the result of liberals going after "big business." But you can't repeatedly go after "big business" without having a BIG loss of jobs, since "big business" does a large share of the employing in this country.
