"One of her sisters was once married to the 'Man with no face' that was showing up on all the talk shows a few years ago."

If I am thinking of the same guy, was this the one with the rare disease that made his head look like a cave-in sort of thing?

Was she married to him before, during, and/or after that affliction?

My Wive's sister was his first wife, married out of high school. He was 'fine' then, aside from getting drunk/stoned and beating the crap out of his her. She finally got away from him.

Scuttlebut was that he had settled down some, but still had drug problems. Consensus was that perpetual drug abuse had something to do with the fungus he caught in his nasal passages and sinuses. The fungus ate his face literally, leaving him blind with no face.

Currently, he is borderline insane, and always lashing out at those around him. His current wife/family is trying to get him institutionalized. He was featured on an episode of South Park a year or two ago. He wanted to sue South Park. We that knew him, thought they went pretty light on him.
