Capt. Yee would be subjected to administrative punishment on charges of committing adultery and storing pornographic material on his computer. He would resign from the Army with an honorable discharge."

I fail to see, when we catch one of these traitorous creeps dead to rights, why the charges get dropped lower and lower until the jerk is finally guilty of virtually nothing, and gets let off the hook with an apology for bothering him. An HONORABLE Discharge? Disgraceful!!!

This sounds like a FUBARed effort by the prosecution. Anyone from the Army will tell you that forms must be filled out the right way at the right time to get anything done.
On a big case like this, the prosecution should have triple-check the forms required in triplicate. They didn't so they lost the case.
It sucks but they knew the game and they blew it.

He would resign from the Army with an honorable discharge. So, all the earlier reports of him being a spy are b.s.?
