I understand that there are a lot of options between 5,000 and 65,000
It just seemed slightly cheeky to ask for and then be given the upper cutoff to prevent slowdowns at 5,000 and then to . . . sort of . . . whine for a higher limit.
Maybe I'm out of line. Just struck me that way.
