No. 'My Comments' is merely a summary of the comments or threads you have posted. It is not a separate file.
Actually, isn't it a summary of comments posted by and posted to? Whereas, 'In Forum' is only posted by.
Would the search function need a supporting field in the db allowing us to exclude certain posts from being returned?
