Dear Leader Kim Jung Il speaking to the North Korean leadership
Washington, DCWilliam C. Triplett IIs startling new book Rogue State: How a Nuclear North Korea Threatens America exposes North Koreas fanatical regime and the blatant disregard of its solemn promise not to build nuclear weapons. When a senior North Korean diplomat was asked whether Pyongyang was secretly building nuclear weapons he declared, Not only YES, but HELL YES, and you tell that to your president!
Rogue State also reveals the role of Communist China as North Koreas puppet master. With close political and military ties, one North Korean general boasted that the two are as close as lips and teeth. Rogue State uncovers how China is using North Korea as a borrowed knife wielded against the United States, and exposes the danger of the IslamabadBeijingPyongyang triangle.

Rogue State: How a Nuclear North Korea Threatens America
By: William C. Triplett, II
There Has to Be Violence
Kim told the North Korean leadership, [B]asically, the only way is the violent method and peaceful means is nothing but an illusion. Fundamentally, there has to be violence. To fulfill his ambitions of conquest, Kim sent out waves of North Korean agents, many of them on suicide missions, to commit acts of terror and commit heinous crimes against innocent people around the world. (p. 86)
Nuclear Weapons in North Korea? Not only YES but HELL YES!
In early October 2002 assistant secretary of state James Kelly told the North Koreans that the game was up: The U.S. knew about North Koreas secret plan to build nuclear weapons In response to Kellys questions about the existence of Pyongyangs secret nuclear weapons program [Kang Sokju, a senior North Korean diplomat] shot back, Not only YES but HELL YES and you tell that to your president! (p. 1)
How China is Killing with a Borrowed Knife
The long-term alliance between North Korea and communist China can be accurately described as killing with a borrowed knife, It means to use covertly another country to annihilate your enemy. Beijing and Moscow have over five decades created, nurtured, and sustained one of the most dangerous, volatile, and repressive communist states in the worldthe Kim regime in North Korea. (p. 9)
North Korean Atrocities
As the UN forces liberated areas previously held by the North Koreans, a pattern of atrocities began to be unmasked. Tens of thousands of South Korean civilians, including women and children, were discovered in mass graves .[T]he victims were forced to dig their own graves. South Korean, American, and other UN soldiers captured by the North Koreans also went to their deathshands tied behind their backs and a single bullet hole to the head. In one mass grave alone, American troops found seven thousand South Koreans and forty GIs, all murdered. (p. 47)
High Communist Party Officials Troll the Labor Camps
North Korean secret police send entire families to the labor camps. [I]ts bad luck to be an even moderately attractive young woman in the camps. High Communist Party officials troll the camps looking for victims to be used as sex slaves. If the women become pregnant, they are forced to have an abortion without anesthesia. When their usefulness is over, the women are murdered. Their deaths are covered up as shot while trying to escape. (pp. 136-137)
The Children: In a Living Hell
German pediatrician Norbert Vollertsen spent eighteen months treating children in North Korea .In each [hospital] I found unbelievable deprivation. Crude rubber drips were hooked to patients from old beer bottles. There were no bandages, scalpels, antibiotics, or operation facilities, only broken beds on which children lay waiting to die .There are two worlds in North Korea, one for the senior military and the elite; and a living hell for the rest. (p. 135)
Kim Jung Ils Grand Scheme of Terror and Espionage
The Japanese victims of kidnapping are divided into those who could be useful to the regime and those who would not cooperate. The latter go into the North Korean gulag or are executed .The primary purpose of the North Korean kidnapping program is the promotion of Kim Jung Ils grand scheme of terror and espionage, leading to the ability to attack American forces in Japan and sabotage Japanese nuclear power plants in time of crisis. (pp. 112-113)
The Apple Doesnt Fall Far From the Tree
To celebrate the fifty-seventh birthday of Kim Il Sung, the Great Leader of North Korea, in April 1969 the North Koreans murdered thirty-one American serviceman .The Great Leaders birthday was already being celebrated with unprecedented fervour and the thirty-one murders only added to the festive atmosphere. (pp. 64-65)
The Land of No Return
In the Back to the Fatherland program of 1959 [orchestrated by Pyongyang], Chosen Soren [an organization of ethnic Koreans living in Japan] officials encouraged more than ninety thousand Korean residents of Japan to return to North Korea. Entire families went to live in the North Korean paradise. Many parents sent their children, in the mistaken belief that they would have a better life in North Korea. It did not take long for the returnees to discover North Korea was the land of no return. Entire families, including children, disappeared into the North Korean prison camp system never to be seen again. (p. 111)

North Korean Suicide Squadrons
In 1999 the North Koreans began moving the vast majority of their forces to areas very near the DMZ .A European diplomat, formerly stationed in North Korea, says he observed a number of Kamikaze MIG positions hidden near the north side of the DMZ. These are suicide squadrons of older MIG fightersthey are based inside mountain bunkers with short concrete take-off strips leading out of the cave but no landing area. Pilots of these aircrafts would be on a one-way flight south. (p. 70)
The UN Blunders Again
It is appalling and absurd that while western economic aid helps to prop up Kims regime, he continues to commit aggression against North Koreas neighbors. Just four years before the UN gave Kim the chip factory [to manufacture integrated circuits which are used for any electronic product] North Koreans had massacred almost the entire South Korean cabinet in Burma. Within six months of the UN gift, Kims agents blew up a South Korean airliner, killing all passengers on board. Kims regime has continued to gobble up international aid. Instead of promoting peace, such a UN gift gives an already aggressive rogue state the means to carry out its schemes of war. (pp. 71-72)
Opening the Floodgates
One of the largest known North Korean construction projects, the Mount Kumgang Dam was built with forced labor in record timea process that was called storming in Stalins Soviet Union .[T]he Mount Kumgang Dam project is openly discussed in North Korean as an inundation weapon .[I]f the water were released when the dam was at full capacity, it would send a wall of water down the Han River valley twelve feet or higher. Such an event could cause as many as one million casualties in the area in and around Seoul. (p. 73)
Stockpiling Biological Weapons
North Korea is estimated to have a stockpile of 2,500 to 5,000 tons of various lethal chemical weapons just two tons of North Korean poison gas would murder 100,000 civilians on the peninsula .Allied defense planners in Seoul predict that any North Korean attack on U.S. and South Korean forces will begin with a poison gas attack this apparent willingness to inflict horrendous infectious diseases on a population is underscored by reliable reports that North Korea has used political prisoners as subjects for testing biological weapons. (p. 160)
North Korean Missile Hits American Soil
[On August 24, 1998] Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Hugh Shelton [wrote], We remain confident that the intelligence community can provide the necessary warning of indigenous development and deployment by a rogue state of an ICBM threat to the United States.
Six days later North Korea fired off a three-stage missile that literally flew in the face of the Clinton administration response, hurtling across the world to land at the doorstep of the United States
the warhead reached Alaska. (pp. 161-162).
It sure as hell did, and what did NORAD and our Rat POTUS do? Nothing. It could have been real for all they knew. The response should have been massive and we would no longer have to worry about Long Dong Kim or China. / Russia would have been scared ***less and said nothing. Force is all these animals know. Period. Anyone who thinks otherwise is either a suicidal fool or a democRat.
