Was Stahl on a recent Matthews show? I'd like to get a transcript...."we've got our power back from Bush" ???
What does that mean? Why would she believe she was entitled to the same power as our CIC? These are not serious people.

I ckd my posts, and it looks like she was on 2/19/04. (Ingram plays quotes from Stahl on that Chrissy show)

I posted on 2/20 and quoted her as saying, "there is only so much power to go around, and the press has the power back from Bush for the first time since the events of 9/11".

The transcripts would have to be ordered.

But, my point is clear, the elite media runs this country, and has for the last 40 years.

The elites have Hollywood in charge of our culture and academia in charge of our youth.

The media could not control 9/11, but as soon as the flags came out and the American people showed some guts and instincts, the media has been working on putting out those fires ever since.

They are now sending us back to a time when we were weak, unsure of ourselves, cynical, conspirazoid, unfaithful, and afraid.

For THAT is the way they control what we say, what we think, and for whom we vote.
