Muslim clerics have been praying to Allah for the destruction of Israel since its creation in 1948. The Jews have been praying for God to protect Israel during the same period. Both claim to be praying to the same God of Abraham. Who's prayers appear to be getting answered?

I'd like to ask that question to the Imam as a rejoinder to his statement regarding religious conversions. I realize 55 years is not long on historic/scriptural terms, but surely the Imam would expect some sort of progress toward the destruction of Israel during the life span of a devout Muslim as a sign of Allah's favor.

You tell me. In the last 30 years everything has gone the Muslims' way, as Israel has self-destructed and put its trust in traitors like Begin, Rabin and Peres.
