If Bush opens his mouth, the Mullahs will then proclaim the rebellion is being sponsored by the CIA. The best thing that Bush can do, is to not comment, and let things happen.

And meanwhile ensure that there are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable men on the scene that can show the Iranians how to overthrow the mullahs, and where to find lots of caches of AK's and ammo at the crucial moment
