Yup, just watched it myself. Seems to me Kerry has some splaining to do. However, I am done with the thought that any one issue is going to torpedo his candidacy into oblivion. As a matter of fact, I hope it doesn't...well at least not until October.
Let's see if the press demands proof like they did with the Bush AWOL stories.

(Osama always liked Kerry best.)

Seems we're the only two to have seen it. Bottom line, Kerry knew about the killing plot and did nothing. Today, Tom said there were 7 congressmen on the list but isn't that two more than yesterday? There is definitely more to this story than Hillary is willing to let out at this time. That's it, a little here and a little there and she'll have Kerry off the ballot by October.

It's getting interesting

I was talking to someone today that said the dirt on Kerry won't be released until after the convention and that it won't be released by the Republicans. It will be the Clintons. He was saying that the Clintons don't want it to come out just yet because it would weaken the Democratic party so much that they would never be able to rebuild it before 2008, and Hillary would be forced to step in and run and she is not ready. As long as the damaging information doesn't remove Kery from the ballot, I concur. But a candidate for the office of president can withdraw at any time, even after the general election and before being sworn in.
Hillary! is always ready.

To: VOA
Okay, folks. Get this in the hands of talk shows. Call newsrooms and demand that they report it.

100% dittos to Doug from Upland with one additional comment. There is another factor in play here that fits into the mix. Anybody who thinks that Howard Dean's elevation to DNC chair was anything, but ordained by the Democratic powers-that-be is politically naive. You'll recall how the challengers quietly relented and left the position to him. Why? For the reason just stated. And why do they want the Vexing Vermonter in that position? For three, count 'em, (3) damned good reasons:
1. His ability (proven) to utilize the Internet via his youthful supporters
2. His ability to activate the youth, Democratic and Independent (proven)
3. His hoped for ability to connect better with women (hoped for) and sway away even some who went Republican last time
You'll note that Hellacious Hillary has distanced herself slowly and ever so subtlely from the left in her party, to the point where she has actually supported Bush in some war related remarks. She learned the lesson administered by the electorate last time....One can't stray so far left that they are outside the shadow of the flag. This is cold, pragmatic, political calculation to position herself, under the flag, and far to the right of the Democratic lefties idea-logs, whom she'll still smile at and shake hands with and lunch with, etcetera. That is the nature of the coldly, calculating political beast.
DO NOT underestimate what she will do to ascend to her ultimate goal. The Bard of Avon delivered a soliloguy in Julius Caeser regarding vaulting ambition that could have been crafted with Hillary in mind. To paraphrase gently...'having attained the utmost rung he (she) turns,..and scorns the base degrees by which he (she) didst ascend'.
