I remember reading somewhere that the mullahs have brought in a number of arabs for security service. Because of the lack of loyalty shown by persians towards the mullahs.

You're absolutely right and this is what many of us are banking on - nevertheless, there will be definitely some who do - they will not stay and fight for a bunch of tyrnats.. Likely the much of the army will eventually defect..
