Its very close to the address he gave to the ohio womens group this week, makes me wonder if it was written at the same time. Strange though Spain was not mentioned. Hmmmmm.

Well, we wouldn't want to distract from the rhetoric...
Did anyone catch Dubya addressing the Female Entrepreneurs earlier this week? He spent more time explaining why he went into Iraq than what he specifically is going to do to help entrepreneurs.

He expressed his heartfelt sorry for Spain just yesterday and laid a wreath at their embassy. Maybe you missed it. Is there some kind of problem with him not mentioning Spain today?
