Advisers to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger sought to distance him Friday from reports that an international bodybuilding event he co-founded was visited by federal authorities last weekend as part of a widening probe into steroid distribution in the sports world.

The Governor's Office declined to respond to an ESPN report that at least five subpoenas were issued at the Arnold Fitness Weekend in Columbus, Ohio. The event, which drew an estimated 80,000 spectators and participants, includes the Arnold Classic bodybuilding competition and dozens of exhibits advertising a range of nutritional supplements, hormones and steroids.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger greets fans last weekend in Ohio. An aide says any steroid probe at the event "has nothing to do with the Governor's Office."

Hey, Go lug and toss alfalfa (not straw) bales around on a farm for a summer or two..

You'll have pecs galore...

There was a report on local news that 1 in 40 senior football players use steroids to enhance their abilities.

Is it worth it? Just ask the Governor.

LOL! - NO ONE gets as big as the guys at the "Classic" unless they are on steroids (it also doesn't hurt to have an already pre-existing glandular problem either).

Steroids at the Classis? You bet!

My son, a huge body builder, does not take steroids, but he thinks that most of the pro body builders do. He works out several times a week at the gym, power lifting, cardio, etc. and can't get the mass and definition the pros get....
