9 dead in Fresno home

Bodies of seven children age 8 and younger are discovered after Marcus Wesson, 57, surrenders and is arrested after a 2-hour standoff.

At a small home near Roeding Park where authorities found a stack of nine bodies in one room and 10 caskets in another, Fresno police on Friday arrested a man suspected of fathering some of the victims and murdering them all.

Or give their children to him... especially female children. Those women must have known what he was capable of.

I was a little shocked by what Mayor Autry said. Something like, "God has given this mountain to climb." GOD DIDN'T GIVE US THIS MOUNTAIN - more like the devil. Sheeeesh. People need to be very careful what they say. I know what he meant and I know he has a good heart but it sounded like he was saying God had something to do with this hideous crime. Know what I mean?

What was Wesson's occupation? How did the he provide for himself? Welfare? veteran's benefits? How did these people eat, buy a house, a bus? Clothes? Who enabled these people in their ultimately fatal and homicidal lifestyle? I suspect the State Of California and the Federal governement enabled and abetted these people by providing for them. If not, why have we not heard what these people did to sustain themselves?
