Where do you think SV ranks as a potential target?

Not as high as a rational assessment would suggest. Although it is an economic target, it doesn't have much symbolic significance. We [as Americans] aren't emotionally attached to it like we are to the Golden Gate bridge, Statue of Liberty, etc. The semiconductor industry is fairly diffuse, lots of processing done in other areas and states.

It's on the list, but I can think of a dozen or so places that would be higher. OTOH if they have scores of nukes...
