Indeed, they have. But the savages are not satisfied and thirst for more bloodshed.

It has been repeated many times and in many ways: today we either kill the enemy before it kill us all. This is not the time for appeasement or feel-good-hand-on-your-chest compassion; this is not the time for extending the hand of friendship to the enemy; nor is it time to pretend that the enemy will repent and do a quick about-face. It is, instead, time for hard choices - we either get to the enemy before it gets to us first.
