I can just imagine the horror of small towns sealing themselves off from victims.
It would be horrific to have to choose between helping victims and "containing" them, or turning them away.

Well, bio weapons used would call for victims to be either contained and treated on site, or medivaced out to area hospitals, equipped to handle such. Military field hospital type settings, etc. Massive effort required to treat us. I think that is what these practice exercises have been about. If it's nukes, then anybody surviving will need all the help we can give them. I would think these victims would be scattered about the Country in order to be treated. I just don't know enough about radiation treatment, burns, sickness, to be helpful. I just know we must help us. If one of us get hit, all of us get hit. We've got to get set up to help one another and get aid and supplies into our people, asap.
I just hope I'm woman enough, if I'm ever in charge of triage, LOL, NOT to say Republicans on the RIGHT and democrats line up way over there. :)
