Countries should postpone elections when hit by terrorist.

If the Spanish election had been held up even for a few weeks, fear would have transformed to anger. Delays will discourage AQ.

Another thing about that mess in Spain that disturbs me, is how well the terrorist knew the nature of the Spanish people and how perfect their timing was.

That delaying tactic might be the only way to have a real election anymore. It's bad and going to get worse, imho.
