WASHINGTON (CNN) -- This week's deadly train bombings in Spain will not lead to a rise in the U.S. color-coded terror threat alert system, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman said Friday.
"Based on the current intelligence, we have no specific indicators that terrorist groups are considering such an attack in the U.S. in the near term," said department spokesman Brian Roehrkasse.

Nope you're not wrong - that is what the Islamic prophecies say. I posted a detailed analysis of this back on one of the earlier threads. I've changed computers so I'd have to go back and look for it on the old threads.
According to the prophecies, he doesn't have to actually be revealed to the world during Ramadan but that is when his precense is supposed to become known. Perhaps it is better said that a dual eclipse during Ramadan is supposed to be a sign of his imminent arrival. The question is "Which Ramadan?"

Interesting.
SNIPPED:
Last week British officials were saying as gently as they could that there wasn't a great deal they could do to protect the public. Anti-terrorist officers said they suspected that hoax threats of bomb attacks on mainline London stations had been dummy runs. The bombers wanted to see where passengers were evacuated to when the alarms sounded. 'We believe they want to know the locations where people would wait for the station to reopen, so they could put bombs or a suicide bomber in the deadliest place,' one officer told the Telegraph. There are 11,000 miles of railway in Britain and more than 2,500 stations. It's impossible to defend them. You would need screening machines and officers to frisk passengers at every entrance to every station. The delays body searching would bring would cripple the network and bankrupt the rail companies, and even then the track would remain open to attack.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that no matter how desperate the situation seems, You are in control. We look to You, O God, to turn the hearts of the Spanish people back to the war on terrorism ... do not let them be led astray with talk of appeasement or give into the desire for isolation, for we know that this is futile. The enemy is relentless and will devour whomever he chooses at the first sign of weakness. Strengthen the resolve of Spain to stand with others to rid the world of those who shed innocent blood. Comfort the hearts of those who have suffered loss ... may the spilled blood cry out for revenge ... do not let this atrocity go unanswered, O Lord ... strengthen us unto the day of victory, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

{{ I had a dream and all I can remember is everyone heard newscasts that said {holding thumb and pinkie showing little space} Iran/NK were 'this' close to destroying us )) Only half-listening to an interview, I think yesterday, maybe today, on FNC. The interviewee said Iran is 16 months away from having a nuclear weapon.

Pegita, you are a pearl beyond price. Thanks so very much for your inspirational and very meaningful prayers. I am so touched every time I read one. Please don't stop. We need your wisdom and guidance, especially now.

British officials were saying as gently as they could that there wasn't a great deal they could do to protect the public. wow, that's reassuring. Glad I live here. Don't know if ours can do much either, but at least they put on a good show and don't tell us there's nothing they can do!

It's head was yellow, with black stripes going down it's body, like a bumblebee, it's wings and back parts looked like a horsefly. That thing could be it. I didn't tarry long or get real close to it. Do those things eat flowers?

Yes, here's a wonderful contrast. SNIP
While Al-Qaida is feeling intense heat from the U.S., and recent reports indicate that the Americans are coming close to nabbing bin Laden, Israel has its doubts. One intelligence source says the leaders of organizations whose members carried out the Twin Towers bombings are still alive and plotting their next attacks. "Although the primary target of the organizations was and still is the U.S.", he says, "the possibility that it will attempt to aim unconventional agents at Israel cannot be ruled out".
For more Israel plans...

"What were the Winds of Black Death?"
In the Old Testament the fleeing slaves walked in the valley of the shadow of death.
Thick clouds covering the desert are repeatedly mentioned in the Scriptures and in the Midrashim. The Midrashim narrate that the Israelites encountered the Amalekites in a thick veil of clouds.
From an ancient arabic source comes this analysis; (Kitab-Alaghaniy, Book of Songs)
"the tradition reports that the Amalekites violated the priviledges of the sacred territoty and that the Almighty God sent against them ants of the smallest variety which forced them to desert Mecca. Afterwards the Lord sent drought and famine and showed them a clouded sky at the horizon. They marched without rest toward those clouds which they saw near them, but were not able to reach them; they were pursued by the drought which was always at their heels....'
I gather the expectation is this phenomenon will return with the anticipated planetary alignment. The Black Winds of Death are seen by the fanatics as the fulfillment of the promised return of the Mahdi - a catastrophic celestial event brilliantly described in the Lamentations of Ur, on:
www.GatewaysToBabylon.com/myths/texts/lamentations/lamentur.html
Deification of the Planets: www.varchive.org/itb/deif.htm
makes interesting reading.
Remember; 'Abraham looked toward all the land of the plain and beheld the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.'
May I add, it is my belief we do the ancients and ourselves a huge injustice by discounting their testimony as Myth. By understanding what they were attempting to record, it helps us to understand what century the arabs are still living in...allah will bring them victory once more with the evil winds...(after all, didn't the same winds lead them into Egypt where they ruled for 500 years?)
The timing of any major terrorist strike will therefor be based upon ancient lore and astronomical/astrological calculations...but I have news for them. The 'heavens' have changed, the comet won't be coming back!

Those things eat everything in their paths. :)
Be prepared; we'll be seeing an invasion of them in a coupla months. The 17-year brood will be noisily making a reappearance this year.

Oh Lord and I already have them. Cicadas? (well, I have one...)
To: knak
Why, thank you knak. Makes me feel good. :)
To: Letitring
That thing was also a cicada.
The 17-year brood of cicadas comes this year. Probably already here.
In parts of the country, they'll be all over the place, and very noisy.
Last time they appeared was 1987. They have a 17-year life cycle, and they all come at once.
The adults appear, lay eggs on the trees. The hatchlings fall off of the trees and burrow into the soil, where they spend the next SEVENTEEN YEARS basically developing and biding their time.
After 17 years, voila! They all pop out and you have a great concert of cicadas. Very noisy.
There are also a couple of different 13-year broods. There's only ONE 17-year brood, though.
And on the odd occasion in history, of course, it happens that the 17-year brood crosses paths with one of the 13 year ones.
Noisy. 8-)
