**You must be behaving if you're here on a Friday night**

Hmm...I wouldn't bet on that ;) Lol, just kidding. I think the "wildest" thing I've done (besides, of course, the sidewalk chalk excursion) was stay out until 2:00 a.m. with a couple of friends after a church dance. I'm a regular party animal.

My sidewalk chalk fun had a good effect, I think. Someone had made rude comments under all of my writings but today, in our college paper, the letter to the editor was about how childish and immature that other person was. She didn't say anything about me being childish though and her letter was very well written so I'm hoping it'll make people think. At any rate, it got attention and there's no bad publicity, right?

If he wasn't so dangerous...he'd be funny.

The cartoons, on the other hand, are a HOOT!

*** I would hope that the Pres. guys have enough against her to start a new "negative ad campaign"--there's certainly enough out there. . . ***

She'll wait until the last 60 days before the election and then the Conservatives won't have the time or the money to start a new ad campaign. And besides, the law will not any longer allow it in the last 60 days.

In addition, she won't have to answer questions if she waits long enough.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

In each State there are Delegates that are committed to the winning candidate and then there are "Super Delegates" that are set aside in case of no clear winner and they can cast their vote at the Convention however they please. But once John Kerry has won enough of the primary races that guarantees him 2,162 Delegates, he is the nominee, simply because of the will of the people. Kerry will probably win over 3000 delegates and unless he steps aside, he will be the Nominee.

I'm no election expert, but that's they way I have always understood how the primaries work. I remember the 1976 Republican Convention where Reagan and Ford were close enough that the Super Delegates were in play, even though Gerald Ford had won a majority of the State Primaries and a majority of the Delegates. Gerald Ford was gracious enough to invite Ronald Reagan to the stage after the delegates casted their votes and after Ronald Reagan was done with his short speech, the people at the convention could see they nominated the wrong man. It was an incredible evening in politics, unfortunately it resulted in a Jimmy Carter win and 4 years of stagnation and embarrassment

It's a very simple procedure. I've had it twice. A small needle jab and you won't feel a thing. Then you'll leave with a bandaid and some salve to put on it for a few days. Prayers for you, anyway.

I'm not really a city girl anyway :) Well, not a big city. I want to stay in the south. I'm not sure exactly where but I've got a while to figure it out. Plus, I figured if my location wasn't set in stone then it would be easier to go where I'm needed. I'm a very "it'll all work out the way it's supposed to" kind of person.

I figure our goal should be to make people think, at least enough to make an INFORMED decision, not the one the Dims. and Libs. TELL them to make. So if you made them think, which evidently you did, your excursion was a success! Do they know who did the original chalking?

I think we're pretty similiar in the "misbehaving" department; I skipped track practice once in 10th grade, and snuck wine coolers into my dorm room once or twice (it was a very conservative Lutheran college and alcohol was definitely prohibited, even if you were old enough to drink, which I was at the time). And that's the extent of my confession . . . :-) Oh wait--I skipped my 8AM class once, but the college was small enough that when I saw the prof. between afternoon classes he asked if I was feeling better, and I felt so guilty I never skipped again . . . (hope I didn't give you any "wild" ideas!) :-)

Remember the last time, a looooooooooong time ago, when I came across some names of our military, and how some of you were MORE THAN GRACIOUS and wrote to them?

I have more names...and quite a few more coming. IF YOU'RE INTERESTED, let me know, via FRmail!

Guess I don't have so much faith anymore in my ability to analyze the behaviour of the party of rats, based on any rational discussion and knowledge of the rules.
