DICK MORRIS stated on the FoX News Channel this week that the 2004 Presidential Election will be taking place with over 3,000,000 more Blacks and Hispanics incountry than there were during Election Year 2000.
Perhaps this may be a determining factor in how New York's Electoral Votes go..?

I doubt it --- NYC is a democrat infestation. I want to see how many democrats cross party lines to vote for POTUS over Kerry.
