Does anyone know if Malvo's trial included professional sniper testimony that from the range these two were operating, you can only be effective if you have a two-person team?

This should be enough to put them both in the chair where they belong.

Save the poor taxpayers of Virginia the money you'd waste on beating a dead horse. Malvo is going nowhere.

If a jury sentenced him to life than it is what it is. Trying him again and again to get a desired result is wrong.

I recall at least one of the jurors thought that executing Malvo would be too easy on him--that life in prison would be worse. If the jury thought that, then their decision made sense.

He committed a number of separate murders. I know of no constitutional requirement that all murders, or even all murders in the same state, be tried simultaneously.

Confucious say more inexpensive method available-- make Malvo cellmate with big hairy homosexual sadist with American flag tattoed on his rump. Malvo not last as long in prison as he would at appeals trial.

that life in prison would be worse I'm sorry, but this is liberal nonsense. Anyone can adjust to life in a cell and develop a routine to survive for a long time. No one adjusts to a needle in the arm, or being strapped into a chair. They just die.
