I don't have any idea! I just saw a tiny little blurb on http://BigCharts.MarketWatch.com in the little window for "Headlines" that AP had reported this.

I was only interested in how the market "correction" was gonna go and the other "Headline" about 6000 less jobless claims, when I spotted this almost burried bit of news on a CBS financial website!!!
