Just checked websites/d bases of both FEC, and Open Secrets, for 1996, 98, 2000, 2002, and found no donations from Spy Chick or someone with her name, to anyone during that time. Doesn't mean there was not another route.

Could she be on the list of recipients under another name from that "OIL for FOOD program?

I know I'm way behind on this but oil shares to any company that these persons may have contact or interest could be turned into a monetary benefit to them. This would follow the Clinton Crony method of the past.
