A spokesman for Kerry said he believed the Web site was struck by ``a virus'' yesterday. What a lame excuse. There are no such viruses that exhibit such characteristics.
Whoever this "spokesman" is, he needs to be fired for being such an incompetent liar and incompetent techie.
