Environmentalists will not support wildlife protection if it is associated with the American flag. Yep. That says it all.

Yes it does. Even for a cause they "love dearly", the liberals will abandon it, if it means anything CLOSELY resembling: 1. Support of anything Republican 2. Support of the United States. 3. Support of anything conservative, even in a visual sense. In other words, liberals clearly hate more than they love.

But some environmentalists say they do not want to contribute to the state's wildlife protection fund through a flag-waving symbol they believe will be seen as being linked to President Bush.

Right from their mouths - they connect patriotism and displays of such with GW Bush. They are admitting that GW represents patriotism, and the RATs do not.

Of course, I doubt they wanted this action to be read thsi way. Too bad they are too dumb to know that.

Liberal environmentalists probably want the UN flag to fly on the GA plates and over the capitol dome in D.C.

If there is one great success story the environmental movement can point to it is the re-population of the Bald Eagle, our national symbol. Now they consider the bird too political. Probably because it symbolic of the nation's reemergence of America as the premier world power.

The enviromenaists should focus on adopting a replacement for the National Bird, The Prairie Chicken. Its probably extinct by now because it could not protect itself.

You are right. It matters not the sacrifice men and women have made in wars by dying for freedom and because the country called--these types don't get it and have no moral or spiritual compass toward truth, honor, or courage. I know it's great that sales of this tag far exceeds any environment neutral tag sold. Little, socialist babies who hate the country and those of us who are conservative. And I believe they do hate us--no more miserable group of stupid people than liberals with a "cause."

But some environmentalists say they do not want to contribute to the state's wildlife protection fund through a flag-waving symbol

This is so easy to fix. From now on, all proceeds of the Flag and Eagle plate will be sent to the NRA instead of the wildlife protection fund. Problem solved with a better idea.
