His voice is shot.

Yeah, what's with that voice? Did Kerry FULLY recover from his prostate surgery last year? Why did Guiliani drop out of his Senate race due to prostate cancer yet Ketchup Boy just plowed ahead. Do we really know the state of Kerry's health?

Kerry has been looking weak and gaunt lately, despite injections of WMD. He has been reluctant to release his medical records. It sure does smell ketchupy, I mean fishy.

"The Left believes all rights come from the state."

This would be called the "system of their religion/government"

However, it is they themselves that are the principles of the state. The state gives them the power to give out rights. Without themselves no need for the "state".

They believe they are "gods".

Thus far the best description of what and who these people are comes from Whittaker Chambers, from the Foreword to WITNESS, Random House 1952

"While invoking God at various turns yesterday -- at one point saying he had been 'anointed the next president of the United States' after Bishop Phillip Coleman laid hands on him --"

He didn't say "anointed by God" he simply referred to an anointing which means different things in different church traditions. Be careful in your quotes.

A rested Kerry would have known not to brag about his popularity with unnamed foreign leaders, just as he would have avoided nominating himself Soul Brother No. 2. He needs to take some time off and get a grip.

Kerry could do the Rip Van Winkle and he'd still be a Marxist anti-American idiot when he awoke. Sleep has nothing to do with it.

I agree, and it being from Chambers has credibility.

Especially that paragraph buried in the middle describing the religion.

Hey, Lion: that's a great catch!

You oughta post it as a new thread, highlighting the key excerpt:

"While invoking God at various turns yesterday -- at one point saying he had been "anointed the next president of the United States" after Bishop Phillip Coleman laid hands on him"

I think this has nothing to do with Kerry being tired.

Still, I've seen many reports that he looks absolutely ragged-out if not ill lately. If he doesn't wear all that well, he'll have a hard time campaigning from now to November, much less being President.

According to Kerry: Matthew Shepard was killed because he was gay and King was drug to death down in Texas because he was gay.

Let me know when Kerry mentions Jesse Dirkhising.

His first gaffe came on Super Tuesday. Flush with victory, Kerry confided to a reporter for the American Urban Radio Network that he'd like to be known as the second black President

MSNBC just had the woman who wants Kerry to apologize for this statement. I think she's the head of her local NAACP chapter. This was terrific exposure of this Kerry gaffe. She emphatically stated (again--it's been in the papers) how Kerry doesn't know what it's like to be a poor white man, let alone black in America.

Unfortunately they had to cut it off to go to the Malvo sentencing, but it got airtime and she made her point.

This is good because we freepers know about these bizarre things Kerry's been saying, but the wider dissemination is vital to get the message out.

John Kerry needs a week off. Maybe two. His voice is shot. His temper is short. And, after running an almost flawless primary campaign, he has started making beginner's mistakes.

He just started making mistakes? I thought that's why he was so far behind Dean for so long. It wasn't until Dean imploded that the media turned to Kerry, who had been gaffe-ing along the whole time. They are just looking for somebody, ANYbody to beat George W. Bush.

Kerry is going to look as foolish as Dukakis. The libs & their false hopes in this guy are going to be deeply saddened. Especially when we get 60 in the senate.

The east coast /west coast sophisticates will hate the "annoited by God" line.

and the conservative people who live in "fly-over" country will laugh at it.

You are wrong, mongrel.

Kerry Compares Civil Rights Struggles of Gays, Blacks

EXCERPT

While invoking God at various turns yesterday -- at one point saying he had been "anointed the next president of the United States" after Bishop Phillip Coleman laid hands on him

~SNIP~

Some of us can understand the meaning there, even if you wish to parse it to death. Notice how he didn't humbly say "anointed", he said "anointed the NEXT PRESIDENT". Just a wee bit weird and clearly in conjunction with the Bishop laying of hands on him, he was claiming just what the obvious inference is.

Ah, but if a Democrat makes a gaffe, and nobody hears it because the liberal media won't report it, is it really a gaffe?
