The continued use of the death penalty -- which is known to be arbitrary, riddled with error and biased -- is the ultimate denial of human rights and should be abolished."

Did this murder deny his victims their right to the rest of their lives when he killed them?

Did this murderer deny his victims families their rights to their loved ones company and financial support for the rest of their lives?

This murder forfeited his right to his life when he stole the lives of his victims.

It was reported that the defense attorney pleaded for mercy for this scum bag. Just give me a ball peen hammer and ten minutes in a private room and he will be begging for the mercy of a coup de gras!

I agree. What was passing through his mind when he lay prone in that trunk and picked off his victims? The $10 Million or whatever their ransom demand amounted to? Terrorists deserve NOTHING but a slow painful period in which to receive enlightenment. Kafka's Penal Colony was a short story arguing against capital punishment... but I wouldn't mind apply that grand machine to today's terrorists.

Sorry for the Rant!
