There are clinics to help these people become normal, but this is hidden. The homo life span is shorter and 75% of them have a S.T.D. It's perfectly legal to be an alcoholic or to cheat on your spouse (okay, there are adultery laws, but they'e never enforced), but that isn't behavior society approves.
