Check V-Dare. I posted a link to the interview once, but VDare is not allowed here. And for good reason. Please don't compare Tom Tancredo to Sam Francis and VDare.

I'd prefer Tancredo. Then there would be at least one Senator who gives expression to the majority, mainstream position of Americans on mass legal and illegal immigration (which btw is for illegal immigration to be stopped and legal immigration to be reduced). Plus he is conservative on most all other issues as well.
However, McGinnis pretty much shares the same views as Tancredo with regards to immigration, doesn't he? If so he would be good, though I think Tancredo would be less likely to be converted to the dark side by Karl Rove.
As for VDARE, wasn't it banned for an article that pointed out a simple truth; that the GOP relies overwhelmingly on white votes and that it should put more effort into getting more of these votes from the group most naturally inclined to support them? VDARE may push the envelope sometimes, but most of their articles are expressions of mainstream, conservative views on things like immigration and affirmative action. They are more in touch on those issues than President Bush or the GOP leadership.
