There seems to be a massive gulf between those with good DTV service and those with bad.

I get the feeling they are 'testing' out offshoring, and those with bad service are the test subjects.

I bet they'll go full offshore despite the complaints anyway, and believe me I howled.

I've had DirectTV for about 7 years now (Started out as Primestar, then became DirectTV with the buy-out). I have never had any problems talking to their customer service reps. I always get to talk to a human fairly quickly, and I always hang up satisfied with the answer and/or solution.
