Putnam Returns to Radio. George Putnam, veteran newsman/talk show host returns to the radio and Cable Radio Network on Monday, March 29. His daily two-hour show at noon will air on KSPA 1510 AM in Ontario and http://www.crni.net/

Mr Putnam is a living broadcasting legend.

I personally find him a bit short with people and sometimes annoying.

But he is certainly worth listening to on occasion. Glad he is back on the air.

I always thought Putnam's demeanor was the model for the Ted Baxter character on the old Mary Tyler Moore show.
