Here's how:

For links, use the following syntax:
<#a href=your.link.here>alternate name here<#/a> except remove the # at the beginning of each <, as that was included to keep FR from turning it into a link.

For pictures, use the following syntax:
<#img src=picture.link.here> again removing the #.
