We’ll willingly put up with annoying habits or irritating opinions if we know, in the end, that this man would sacrifice his life for our children."

Just a little blip but a telling one. Our State Department is asleep at the switch again... and Johnfonda Kerry will turn our children's safety over to the United Nations...President Bush will protect them and us this President would indeed sacrifice his life for our children.

I have noticed this many times. When I am teaching women self defense, they often express an uncertainty about their ability to harm another person, even if that person endangers their life. I tell them to imagine that their assailant is going to rape and kill their children.

They become ferocious.

Once they consider that their children are harmed in numerous, drastic ways by being orphaned, they are much more willing to defend themselves.

Absolutely true. The most liberal pro democrat moms i know have become staunch Bush supporters. They use terms like "real man" and "best president ever" in speaking of the man in the white house.

You should have seen this Freeping mommy with an Iron Maiden" cast on who realized intruders were attempting to rob the house...the fact that my ability to move fast never occurred to me - I would have torn them apart with my bare hands or scared them to death had I caught them.

The point here is John Kerry is not a protector America's safty and security; he proved that with his "war record" – President Bush did/is proving he will protect America....MarkTwain is right on the mark.

I've noticed it too. Also they are now more worried about our soldiers than the homeless.
