Thanks. I went to the website for BLS because I'd heard someone on the radio last week mention there were actually more jobs now than ever before. First, I ran across the unemployment rates and the low numbers that our President had compared to history were phenomenal actually. Second, I had someone complain about the unemployment rate as an indicator, so I went to find out the actual numbers of jobs. Lo and behold, our President presides over a time when we have more jobs than EVER! More than at any time in history! AND He has the lowest 1st term unemployment rate since WWII/Korea era. That's awesome work for a 1st termer.

Then I thought of how badly this economy got hit and what a superb job he did pulling the economy out of it.
.....The Clinton Recession
.....The Clinton Stock Market Tech Bubble Bursts killing millins of jobs
.....Then 9/11 hit right at the heart of the financial world killing more jobs
.....The 9/11 Airline industry took a nosedive killing more jobs.
.....The mutual fund scandal stole billions of dollars from the economy = more jobs
....Then the war on terrorism has taken its toll in increased budget costs.

I will vote for no one except George W. Bush. Period.

I seem to remember conservative talk show hosts during the height of the dot com bubble and the hot economy of the late 90's saying it was the republican congress that created all the wealth and high rolling. when it crahsed it was the Clinton recession and the Clinton stock market. It can't be both.

I agree. The only problem is, IMHO, this election will be less about facts than simply "Hate Bush," and any lie, spin, or allegation will suffice if it inflames hatred for Bush. I hope Americans are smart enough to see the facts.
