You wouldn't want me on the jury because I (my attorney) could convince them that they had their cars parked in a place that would cost them 2% of the court costs when I sued the City for not having enough disabled parking spaces.

Then when I added on the court costs with their attorney fees they would finally see that personal responsibility is in fact just that.

The verdict would be the person who brought the suit is liable for every cent of the defendant costs and the court staffs wages with 1/365ths building maintenance on top.
