If in the summer of 2000 Clinton and the democrats lied about the state of the economy and denied that we were headed towards a recession, why would the democrats not lie and not deny the 2.4 million jobs created under Bush now?

The question is, will the republicans allow Kerry and the democrats to define the state of our economy like they did in 2000?

It's time to counter the democrat lies that are flooding the Usenet newsgroups with all the wonderful posts found here at FreeRepublic.

Ever since the Democrats lost power, they're in total denial, playing the blame Bush game. That's how it's been. They said they couldn't get their message out in 2000 and 2002. Well, I have news for them, the voters rejected their message and they're in the minority.

Of course, they will. At that time, they were claiming that Bush was "talking down" the economy. Not long before that, they were redefining the meaning of "unemployed". Living in a state where the local 'Rat government is redefining "marriage", I can tell you first hand...it's what they do.
