IIRC, it wasn't until the very end of the 'toon's administration that the change in criteria for determining the unempolyment rate became public. Even then, it wasn't made public enough. Petah didn't have anything to say about it.

Well I can figure out when they are up to something .. I'm just never sure what it is.
And with all the news we are getting hit with tonight .. somethings up .. what I have no idea but we'll find out soon
