Yeah, that was one of the things that struck me about the article. Kerry just sticks with what he thinks works.

She mentions the "Dear Comadante" letter in passing on p. 175, but given Kerry's new high profile, I think it is something she should re-visit.

John Kerry is a self loving egotistical maniac, whose sole goal is to make himself seem like the hero. He does not not care if he destroys this country to achieve his long time goal of being President. No self respecting officer would ever claim he was the hero, when the enlisted men do most of the fighting in every war.All officers ever do is to lead, yet; to lead you must set the example. Going home with no serious wound, leaving one's men in harm's way is not a leader. It is all about seeking personal glory and satifying an empty shell for a false ego. I suspect personality disorder, with illusions of granduer. Most likely a very histrionic person, too.
