Beware of the wrong 55k. If they are a support to the infrastructure YOU need them, if one of those 55k get by, then you find out what, or pay a price.
My bet is that the Prez knows very well that they are Hispanics.
The first wave of immigrants which are a minuscule compared with what's to come, will shape the agenda for what separation to take when it comes to selecting who is here to hurt us and who is here to kill us.
