Today at the Western Whitehouse in Crawford, Texas, President Bush continued his visit with Mexico President Vicente Fox, where the two leaders help a joint press conference. Bush, accompanied by wife Laura, also gave Fox and his wife a tour of their ranch property. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

When President Bush made that remark about the girls having their weddings in that beautiful natural setting, I confess that I wondered how in the world the bride(s) and the guests would get to it in all their finery!
A White House wedding, however, would be both beautiful and historic. We've got to re-elect President Bush for that possibility to even exist.(Heaven forbid that Chelsea get to chance to wed there. Shudder.)

Prayers are going out for you. feel well enough to BE disgusted
thanks for pointing that out, inspectorette, this is a major setback i have somuch to do that requires two hands. five grand chilren that are fast growing up, and they need me, one started college last fall and i feel so stupid for letting this happen, but i have recovered before and i will again.

But I don't think it is sensationalism that drives the lame stream media's choice in stories to cover, and the angle from which to cover them.
That's just one of their excuses, if they happen to get caught in a particularly egregious instance of "reporting" on the unusual.
They are like cornered woodchucks, teeth chattering, biting at anything in reach. Vicious animals.

I like your picture better! That man certainly fills out a pair of jeans well. Would you believe John French Fry Kerry had the nerve to follow W to Texas? Fundraising, you know (eyeroll).
I don't know if it made national news, but yesterday Laura went to Ft. Hood to talk to the military wives and from all accounts gave quite a morale lifting speech.

Ohio, #36 makes me think that the old adage that the taller man looks more Presidential is all wrong! Fox is taller, but W wins in the macho contest.
We haven't seen many pix of Kerry and W together, but my guess is that Kerry's height isn't going to be a help for him.
To: speekinout
Kerry is taller, but gangly and awkward. The President is plenty tall enough, and solidly muscular.
Ain't no contest in the appearance department.....
