AND he's an unindicted murderer of an old man, a woman, a child, and a young boy...all civilians. He admitted to observing atrocities but did not report them as required by his officer status. He beached his boat contrary to rules and leaving his mates vulnerable, went on land, and allegedly shot a wounded enemy, a breach of the warfare rules. Why is this man not locked up?

And on C-Span last night about "A Tour of Duty" by Douglas Brinkley, Brinkley said that he also disobeyed orders by his brass to leave Vietnamese villagers (who by Kerry's account were sick and needed care) and continue patrol.
Why was he not admonished for disobeying orders? Of course, the coverup was that he "cared for these poor Vietnamese people". Do you believe it? I don't.
