I found this quite interesting. Hear John Kerry in his own words, speaking with his distinctive accent, describe his opposition to the Viet Nam war and war in general. His testimony came shortly after his four months in country commanding a Swift boat patrolling a river in Viet Nam.

What strikes me is his reluctance to consider communism a threat and even more disturbing, his opposition to fighting communism as he believes it is inevitable that we would not or could not win the war against communism.

I wonder how he really feels now?

There are still questions about if Kerry even wrote the speech. Keery has been a butt-kisser for the Kennedys for decades. The rumor is a former speechwriter for Bobby Kennedy that was working for Teddy Water Wings Kennedy wrote the speech for Kerry and Kerry just read it after being coached on how to "perform" in front of the committee.
